Ingredient Spotlight - Vitamin D - {Why Bridal Boost is Better}

Vitamin D3 vs Vitamin D2If I'm being completely honest, before I started the journey of creating Bridal Boost and meeting with incredibly smart and knowledgable individuals I had NO IDEA that there were variations of vitamins. I have spent the past few years learning A LOT.

This post is the first in a series that will go over the benefits of why Bridal Boost uses the specific form of Vitamin B, Vitamin K, Zinc & Folate. You can always learn more by reading our ingredients page.

Today, let's focus on Vitamin D.

Vitamin D3 is involved in the regulation of hormones related to stress. Optimal levels have been shown to help reduce conditions like seasonal affective disorder (SAD), depression, and anxiety.

Supplemental Vitamin D is available in 2 distinct forms: Ergocalciferol (D2) and Cholecalciferol (D3).

Vitamin D3 is formed naturally in the skin when exposed to sunlight while Vitamin D2 is synthesized by plants and is not naturally produced by the human body. Studies have proven that D3 is more potent than D2 in humans. Bridal Boost uses premium Vitamin D3.

It was so important to me to create something that your body would actually be able to use and benefit from and not just *flush away* // What's in your vitamin?

Bridal Boost is the Supplement Designed with the Bride in Mind using the highest quality most bioavailable ingredients. The wedding vitamin that helps you look & feel your best!
